From M6 Junction 27
Come off the M6 and follow the signs for Standish off the motorway roundabout.
At the Standish crossroads, with Spar on the right, and Somerfield on the left, turn right.
Follow this road (A49) for approximately 5 minutes until you reach a mini roundabout, where you should bear right.
Continue along A49, until you reach a roundabout where, from this direction, you need not give way, with 'The Cherry Gardens' pub on the left.
Take the next left down Leyland Mill Lane, and on the upslope, left again down Wingates Lane, where Wigan R.U.F.C. is signposted. 500m past the houses, on the right, is an inclining track, which takes you up to the club.

From M6 Junction 26
Come off the M6 and follow signs for Wigan town centre/JJB Stadium/Robin Park.
Passing through Pemberton (which features a KFC at a crossroads on the left) right down to the large 'Saddle' roundabout where you should take the immediate left turn option, passing the Fire Station on the left hand side.
Continue along passing the shopping complex on the right; until you reach the mini roundabout.
Go over the roundabout, passing the car dealer on the left.
Continue through the lights at the dealer, going through three further sets of traffic lights before reaching the roundabout where 'The Cherry Gardens' pub is opposite.
Turn right at the roundabout, take the next left down Leyland Mill Lane, and on the upslope, left again down Wingates Lane, where Wigan R.U.F.C. is signposted.
500m past the houses, on the right, is an inclining track, which takes you up to the club.

From M6 Junction 25
Come off the M6 and follow signs for Wigan Town Centre, left off the first roundabout. At the second roundabout, again following town centre, turn right.
Follow this road all the way into the town centre, passing Focus DIY on the right, and Citoren on the left.
Under the railway bridge continue along until reaching a T-junction (with lights) with the snooker club opposite, where you will turn right.
Get into the left hand lane and follow the mini by-pass (Central Park Way) up the side of the Superstore, which is on the left.
Follow this road A49 until you pass the hospital on the left; soon after the hospital take a right turn down Leyland Mill Lane, and on the upslope, left again down Wingates Lane, where Wigan R.U.F.C. is signposted.
500m past the houses, on the right, is an inclining track, which takes you up to the club.

From M61
Come off the M61 and follow all signs for Wigan, passing through Westhoughton, and Aspull; turning left at the Aspull roundabout junction where the school is on the left.
Continue all the way down to Wigan, where, when the Tesco Superstore is opposite, turn right.
Follow the mini by-pass (Central Park Way) up the side of the Superstore, which is now on the left.
Follow this road A49 until you pass the hospital on the left; soon after the hospital take a right turn down Leyland Mill Lane, and on the upslope, left again down Wingates Lane, where Wigan R.U.F.C. is signposted.
