If you want to book the facilities at Douglas Valley, please click here to download the booking form and then complete and post to the Club for the attention of Club Steward Mr Peter Collins.You will receive a confirmation slip back from the club or a call if the facilities are not available on the date you require.
Members Only
Bookings can only be made by returning an official booking form to Peter Collins. If the facilities are available, SPC will then enter the detail in the Club's booking diary and return a confirmation slip of the booking to the applicant and the event will be added to the calendar.
Merely returning a completed form does not, in itself, constitute a booking - only written confirmation from Peter guarantees the booking.
MEMBERS MUST NOT PUT EVENTS OR BOOKINGS ONTO THE CALENDAR BEHIND THE BAR - ONLY PETER COLLINS AND BAR CHARIMAN BILL SPEAKMAN CAN ADD EVENTS AND BOOKINGS TO THE CALENDAR.
